We are inviting everyone to check out our new location on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 from 5:00pm to 9:00 pm. We hope you will drop by to see how great the new place is looking and see some of the projects our students have been working on.

Our address is 2100A Girouard, Suite 200 at the corner of Girouard and DeMaisonneuve.

For the first time, Interact is selling chocolate bars to help raise funds for school programs. We have two kinds of delicious milk chocolate: almond or caramel. Both kinds are certified kosher, peanut-free and the caramel bar is produced on a nut-free production line. The bars cost $3.00, and you can be assured that all of our profits will benefit our students! Give us a call or drop by to get some soon before they run out!

The next Social Skills group will begin on Saturday, September 27 at 3:00pm until 5:00 pm. If you are interested, please call or send us an email.

We are excited to see what the new group will be like in our new location on Girouard!

Interact has a great new location on Girouard in NDG. We have a lot more space to run our programs and we are no longer sharing with any other groups.

Congratulations to all of our students for their excellent work at the Interact Science Fair. Visitors were impressed by the students' abilities to present their topics with confidence and enthusiasm.

Thank you to our judges who had the difficult task of choosing the three top projects.

Special congratulations to the winning projects: Sean (Grade 6) First Prize for his project about Slime, Brandon (Grade 8) Second Prize for his project about Chemical Reactions and Sky (Grade 2) Third Prize for his project about Making cars move.

This year's science fair was truly a great success!

Our fourth annual Science Fair will take place on Wednesday, April 23 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Interact School. Please come by to encourage our school students in their scientific explorations.

The Spring session of social skills begins on Saturday, April 5, 2008. If you haven't registered yet, be sure to reserve your spot as space is limited. This will be the last session of Social Skills before the new school year in September.

We recently accepted the tenth student in our little school, so our class is now full. It might be a bit crowded at lunchtime, but it's great to be at full capacity.

We would be happy to meet with any other parents interested in our school, and your children can be placed on a waiting list in case there are any changes in our enrolment during the present school year or to guarantee a place for next September.
